I simply do not think I could continue to use my computer as constantly as I do were it not for the wonderful customer service of Steve Knight, Danville Computer Doc! Just like the doctors of yesteryear, he makes house calls so that I don’t have to drag my computer somewhere. And, amazingly, he is very prompt in his service!

Consistently Steve is able to come up with the “fix” that’s needed, so that I’m back “up and running.” I’m of an age that computer use, and it’s a lot for me, doesn’t come intuitively. I really need to have a resource for when I get things “out of order.” I simply doubt I could go on without The Computer Doc!

It was Steve Knight, the computer doc… I got an answering machine when I called but within minutes, Steve called me back and arranged to drive to my home the next morning, pick up my computer and see what he could do.
